On The 6th of April It was a special day because it was my birthday I got a lot of money from my family.I saved all my birthday money and I brought me a new JBL Speaker from JB Hi - Fi. When I got it I was very happy that I got my new JBL Speaker and when I was holding the box it was heavy.  When I got home I took the speaker out of the box and charge it straight away.The Speaker took about 1 hour to charge.

In option Health we have been learning about Body Image.We have learnt that Body Image is how people reflect or think about their bodies in a positive or negative way.Negative Body Image can make people hate their bodies and would want to change the body that they have. A lot of people would look and buy magazines and all sorts of things that would make them think negatively. A lot of people from different places mostly think about themselves in a NEGATIVE way. People that think about their bodies in a negative way are the people that don’t get their thinking straight and they are also the people that don’t like their body. People should never think negatively about their bodies because they are beautiful just they way they are. Negative body image can also lead suicidal thoughts which make them kill themselves.
