On Friday I watched the warriors and west tigers game.Saturday I help my mum with the washing then I watched the chiefs and crusaders game.Then I watched movies on TV after that I went  to sleep.Sunday I played games on the ps3 I played rugby challenge 2.

In option Health we have been learning about Body Image.We have learnt that Body Image is how people reflect or think about their bodies in a positive or negative way.Negative Body Image can make people hate their bodies and would want to change the body that they have. A lot of people would look and buy magazines and all sorts of things that would make them think negatively. A lot of people from different places mostly think about themselves in a NEGATIVE way. People that think about their bodies in a negative way are the people that don’t get their thinking straight and they are also the people that don’t like their body. People should never think negatively about their bodies because they are beautiful just they way they are. Negative body image can also lead suicidal thoughts which make them kill themselves.
