 On Friday I watched the sea eagles and bulldogs game.After that I watched movies on TV then I went to sleep.Saturday I watched tiktok on my netbook then I watched movies on TV then I felt asleep on the couch.Sunday I was listening to songs on my netbook went shopping with my dad and sister and I help my mum with the washing.I watched the warriors and sharks game and I watched the southland vs hawkes bay game.

In option Health we have been learning about Body Image.We have learnt that Body Image is how people reflect or think about their bodies in a positive or negative way.Negative Body Image can make people hate their bodies and would want to change the body that they have. A lot of people would look and buy magazines and all sorts of things that would make them think negatively. A lot of people from different places mostly think about themselves in a NEGATIVE way. People that think about their bodies in a negative way are the people that don’t get their thinking straight and they are also the people that don’t like their body. People should never think negatively about their bodies because they are beautiful just they way they are. Negative body image can also lead suicidal thoughts which make them kill themselves.
