Long Weekend

On Friday I watched the mitre 10 cup game.Saturday watched movies on TV after that went to sleep. Sunday my family and I went to Maraetai beach had a big feed went for a swim stayed there unit night time then went back home watched the nrl final game.Monday went mission bay with my family and my cousins ate there went for a swim stayed there unit 7:00 then we went home.

In option Health we have been learning about Body Image.We have learnt that Body Image is how people reflect or think about their bodies in a positive or negative way.Negative Body Image can make people hate their bodies and would want to change the body that they have. A lot of people would look and buy magazines and all sorts of things that would make them think negatively. A lot of people from different places mostly think about themselves in a NEGATIVE way. People that think about their bodies in a negative way are the people that don’t get their thinking straight and they are also the people that don’t like their body.
