Weekend

 On Friday I watched movies on TV after that I went to sleep.Saturday went to my cousin 21st birthday it was at Avondale, I had lots of Tongan food after that I went outside to my cousin after the birthday we went back home once I got home I watched the Australia and Argentina game after that I went to sleep because I was tired.Sunday I didn't go church because I had to look after my niece, Then I watched big mamma house, then we had KFC for lunch.


That was my weekend.

In option Health we have been learning about Body Image.We have learnt that Body Image is how people reflect or think about their bodies in a positive or negative way.Negative Body Image can make people hate their bodies and would want to change the body that they have. A lot of people would look and buy magazines and all sorts of things that would make them think negatively. A lot of people from different places mostly think about themselves in a NEGATIVE way. People that think about their bodies in a negative way are the people that don’t get their thinking straight and they are also the people that don’t like their body.
